The
Refurbishing of the Skimmer The Skimmer has been icon on the Great
South Bay since 1978 when Captain Al purchased her brand new. For
over 30 Years the 23 Mako has fished inshore and offshore providing
life long memories for many anglers. With her hull still strong and
a ride soft and dry Captain Al decided to overhaul her instead of
moving on to a new boat. Follow the progress all winter long as
Captain Al Lorenzetti and friends brings the Skimmer back to new.
